Our SensataTrack web portal allows dealers to store and manage their projects. The Web Portal is a unique customer service and marketing tool. With this system customers will be able to literally "see" the progress of their installation through the interactive web site. The portal also allows clients and builders to login and view their project information, make payments, and communicate with their dealer by making service requests or sending messages through the online message center.

 

Client manager allows you to create, store, sort, and search for client information. You are able to upload document such as proposals, reports, purchase orders, floorplans, and more. Information is literally at your fingertipe from any web browser. Your clients can login, view invoices, and even pay their balance online. Need driving directions? Just follow the "map" link from the project information page and view a Google Map of the location.

From Builder manager you are able to view active jobs assigned to a contractor. With their username and password, builders are aable to access the portal to view the schedule status of a project or approve a recent proposal.

Manage your project schedule online. Veiw and organize from several different view, monthly, weekly, daily, gantt chart, and even a map view that displays the location of your active jobs.

 

 

 

The Invoices section of the dashboard allow you to upload invoices directly to your clients. Invoices are still generated in the financial software of your choice and simply uploaded as a PDF and assigned to a client. The client will automatically be notified that a new invoice has been posted. By logging with their username and password you clients can quickly review the invoice and even submit payment right online.

 

 

Clients can submit requests for service online. The Message Manager acts as a central messaging system for your clients and builders. No more searching through inboxes for correspondences.
